I am rarely surprised by service personnel, I expect and most often get good service. So, imagine my surprise when my husband called Lake Country Repairs because by washing machine broken down and Doug scheduled a visit when we were available. Then I decided I could stay home the next morning and called Doug back; he was able to accommodate me (again!) by being the first stop I the morning – impressive. Doug showed up first thing Monday morning, explained what he was looking for and went to work. 30 minutes later – Done! I had my washing machine back, I felt the repair cost was reasonable (it was what I was quoted – another surprise) and I was very happy. Thanks Doug, great job! ~~Patty
